Ordered a pizza at 22.42 tonight which was accepted arrived for collection at 23.03pm of the pizza and the shop was closed. My boyfriend went and knocked on the door to which a man (presumably the manager) came out and ignored him and proceeded to lock the door in front of him! I rang the main store who also attempted to ring ernesford grange store who still ignored the phone despite seeing people in the store. So now I’ve wasted my time and £22! Horrendous would not recommend, will be expecting a refund tomorrow.
